1. Please check if the microphone is allowed.
2. Please check (under settings >> phone numbers) if the call timeout is greater than 0 and less than 600
3. Please check if there's any Google extensions (VPN) that might block the call dialing. We could try to use the Guest browser of Google chrome where there's no other extensions. And login to HL from the guest browser to make a call.
