Instructions for Creating a Form
- Step 1: Click Sites (on left hand menu)
- Step 2: Click Forms (near the top of the page)
- Step 3: Click "Create New Form"
Drag and drop the fields you want to use from the menu on the right
You should see first name, last name, email, phone, by default
Click Custom Fields if you want to make a new field for your form
Click the yellow "Add custom field button" if you want to make your own custom field
*note- if you've already created custom fields, you'll have to scroll all the way to the bottom of your custom fields to find this button.
After the field is created, drag and drop it onto your form
When you're finished creating the form, click, "Integrate Form" on the bottom right
You'll notice that a link appears - you can copy this link and include it in your emails, texts, or funnels
