3 Ways to Create a New Workflow
Create from a Campaign
Workflows are our newest feature and if you have been around for a while you may be looking to update your campaigns and transfer them to Workflows. Here are the steps to complete that.
1. Click Create New Workflow Button at the top right of your screen
2. Select the Campaign you want to copy.
3. All actions including wait time and campaign settings will be loaded into Workflows. Double check that all informations and message contents are correct.
4. Update Triggers. If you had triggers sending leads/contacts into a campaign you can now add a trigger to the Workflow directly.
5. Save and Publish the Workflow.
6. Disable the Campaign and Trigger. You do not want duplicate actions. Please turn any Campaigns and Triggers on to Draft Mode.
Create from Scratch
If you are designing a brand new Workflow this is the option for you
1. Click Create New Workflow Button at the top right of your screen
2. Select Start from Scratch
3. Begin designing your Workflow.
4. Save and Publish the Workflow.
Use an Agent CRM Workflow Recipe
Recipes can help you get started with Workflows. Look through your options and try a few out.
1. Click Create New Workflow Button at the top right of your screen
2. Select a recipe.
3. Begin designing your Workflow.
4. Save and Publish the Workflow.
