Send Email Trigger Action Not Firing

If the trigger action "Send Email" is not firing, please check the following:

1. Use the correct amount of brackets for your custom fields/values.

There must be 2 closing brackets on each side of the value.

Correct Example: {{contact.name}}

Incorrect Example: {{{contact.name}

2. The custom values must be valid,  especially custom values using links:

3. The email addresses must be valid.

Check to see if there are any errors in the email address, such as a misplaced comma as a dot (e.g. test@gmail,com).

4. The From field must be in the format of an email address:

    e.g. Instead of the "From Field" being a name or company name, you will need to make it be an email address.
